Junior Web Production Assistant is required to join a well-established and growing organisation based in London.

You will be required to come into the office twice a week and work from home 3 days a week.

The organisation provides independent business, policy and technology news, research and events focused on developments in health IT in the NHS and UK health.

We believe in innovation and bringing new ideas to help overcome challenges.

You will be working as part of the production and development team. Your role will entail updating our wordpress websites, creating or amending images and normal production work.

This role is for a Temporary contract (4 months) July - December


Main responsibilities

• Maintaining inhouse Wordpress websites via the Wordpress Content Management System, loading contents images and text
• Updating and sending newsletters
• Mailchimp
• Creating and amending images
• Photoshop
• Creating articles with Dreamweaver templates provided
• Uploading Ad's to our ad server
• Adbutler

Requirements:

• Experience of Wordpress Content Management System (CMS) and proven ability to use them.
• Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Dreamweaver
• Knowledge of Ad Butler and/ Mailchimp
• Familiarity with HTML5 and CSS
• Proficiency with MS Office suite (Power Point, Excel)
• Good English language skills (oral & written).
