Interim HR Project Lead - London, United Kingdom - Reed Human Resources
Description
Reed HR are working with a Public Sector Organisation based in Central London to recruit a HR Project Manager on a full-time, Interim basis for approximately 4-6 months with the possibility of extension.
Pay rate will be deemed Inside IR35 at £550 - £650per day (paid via Umbrella option).This job will operate on a hybrid working model with some days worked both in the office and from home each week.
The main purpose of this job will be to deliver the work of integrating processes for all bullying, harassment, and discrimination casework.
Maintaintrusting relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally., you will work with People Partners insights from the analysis of data trends and be a key point of contact for the external suppliers' team, ensuring successful delivery of the outsourceservice provision.
Some of the roles and responsibilities of this job are as follows:- Deliver Stakeholder management and ensuring adherence to agreed protocols and SLAs with external provider
- Dealing with various HR queries from the external service and managing suspension process
- Mapping, reviewing, and updating processes, and creating standard operating procedures
- Providing advice and playing a major role in work reviews and change processes
Working with a small project team, creating project management approach to mini projects in scope
- Support with any adhoc projects as required
