Position:
Crest Medical have recently acquired the assets of Macdonald and Taylor Healthcare and as such, we are working to build our new team to optimise our new opportunities.
The main purpose of the role is to ensure all daily tasks as set by the Team Leader are completed accurately and efficiently in line with current Standard Operating Procedures, adhering to the Quality Management System (QMS).
This role will be responsible for setting machinery on the production lines and ensuring product volume is produced to enable efficient running of our ore day shift.
Requirements:
Pro-active individual, willing to highlight issues in advance, with a positive outlook
Experience of Machine Settling is useful.
Open and approachable
Team player although able to work on own initiative
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
Customer focused
Able to work extended/alternative hours when required
Offer flexibility to visit/work in other UK locations in special circumstances
Capable of operating to specified deadlines and targets
Absolute attention to detail
