About the role


As NuBreed Hotels continues to grow, we are looking for a Product Marketing Lead to join our team and lead the company marketing.

As Product Marketing Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing compelling marketing campaigns to drive forward sales and our market position.

As a passionate and knowledgeable Marketing professional, you'll thrive in a fast-paced, digital environment.

You'll have a proactive mindset and will quickly establish and nurture relationships both within established client groups and also with building engagement with new clients.

You'll also be instrumental in setting up our ActiveCampaign automations for each of our clients.


Role Responsibilities

  • Develop and own strategies to drive sales and build strong client engagement
  • Deploy successful marking campaigns, taking complete ownership from concept to execution
  • Take ownership of automating marketing processes through systems like ActiveCampaign
  • Produce valuable and engaging content for all platforms
  • Build strategic relationships and partner with key business and industry stakeholders, agencies and vendors, leveraging all possible marketing opportunities
  • Analyse customer behaviour and trends and adjust campaigns accordingly
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, report campaign ROI, and provide regular KPI updates
  • Management of corporate branding / design

Experience and Skill Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years marketing experience within a B2B environment, including a minimum of 3 years within a professional marketing consultancy
  • Experience with systems like ActiveCampaign for automated marketing campaigns (essential)
  • Strong working knowledge of marketing & communication methodologies
  • Proven experience working autonomously within B2B Marketing (essential)
  • Proven experience in identifying target audiences and executing successful marketing campaigns to improve revenue (essential)
  • Selfstarter with a cando attitude, willing to contribute and share ideas to consistently improve processes and increase efficiency
  • Strives to embrace change, enjoys a fastpaced environment, reacts well to pressure, and welcomes new ideas
  • Ability to find opportunities outside of those presented through selfmotivation and diligence
  • Positive attitude with realistic expectations
  • Takes pride in their work with a very meticulous eye for detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Someone who may have an entrepreneurial view with high ambition for their career progression
