Neighbourhood Surveyor (597)

PO2:
Starting salary £39,615 pa rising in annual increments to £42,510 pa incl. LW

Permanent and Full-Time
The workload will be varied and will include responsive repairs, planned maintenance and complaints management.


You should also have an understanding of the Housing Disrepair Protocol and be able to efficiently resolve legal disrepair threats and other complex technical issues.

Strong technical knowledge in the diagnosis and specification of Damp and Structural defects are essential.

You will also have good customer service skills and be comfortable engaging with customers and stakeholders at all levels.
