Description

We are recruiting for an enthusiastic and dynamic Head of Facilities to lead the facilities management services at the Rotherham NHS Foundation Trust.

You should share our passion and drive for excellence in non-clinical support services and high-quality compassionate patient care.

This is a very senior level management post.

The post holder will have overall operational responsibility for delivering all aspects of Facilities Services and will ensure contractual and performance compliance, quality and service improvements and delivery of local and national initiatives and standards ensuring that services meet the evolving requirements of service users.

Providing strong, effective and compassionate leadership, the post holder will lead services within their remit, ensuring that each service is financially viable, delivering value for money and contributing to the Trusts Cost Improvement Plans.

The post holder will be responsible for the procurement and contract management of supply and commercial contracts falling within the remit of Facilities Services, working closely with colleagues in Procurement and Finance.

The post holder is required to propose, write, implement and amend policies and procedures as necessary within their area of responsibility ensuring full compliance with all statutory legislation, NHS guidance and industry best practice.
