Description

Are you a proactive Events Assistant with excellent communication and organisational skills wanting to work with a national health focused charity?

We are proud to be partnering with a great national charity that aims to tackle the diabetes crisis across the UK.

They are looking for an Events Assistant to ensure the delivery of excellent supporter experiences across their flagship campaigns for 4 months on a full-time basis.

Hybrid working.

You will be working alongside Fundraising Event Coordinators and the Mass Participation Managers. You will be the first point of contact for fundraising event participants. You will build relationships with participants, respond to queries, and provide them with information and support. You will also provide support in social media community engagement. You will be responsible for ensuring that data is processed securely and accurately.

You will assist in virtual events including, developing events and sharing participant feedback with Mass Participation Managers, and the wider team.
