You will be supporting people with
Learning Disabilities, Autism, ADHD, Challenging Behaviours and health needs.


Training given up to QCF / NVQ level 2 and 3 in Health and Social Care (OR Equivalent qualifications if from abroad).

Immediate work available in Sparkbrook, Great Barr, Perry Barr, Handsworth Wood and West Bromwich.

You will be responsible for delivering excellent standards of care to keep customers safe and happy. You will work according to the customers care plans and;

  • Support to access the community (Social inclusion)
  • Support with daily living tasks
  • Support with physical, mental and health needs and behaviours.
  • Follow risk management and support plans
  • Support people with housework and looking after home environment
  • Have a caring nature and work to improve lives

Requirements:


  • Experience in care preferred
  • Care drivers preferred but not essential
  • Good written skills and verbal English skills
