Contract Scotland has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our client, a professional consultancy based in Musselburgh.

This is a full time, permanent position which has been created due to continued business growth.

You will be officed based, Monday to Friday.

Working as part of a busy Project team you will provide administrative support the Director along with 2 Project Managers


Your duties will include:

  • Arranging meetings including sending invites and organising catering
  • Minute taking and distributing complete minutes
  • Diary management
  • Chasing up information from various key stakeholders
  • Uploading documents
  • Collating, creating and distributing reports
  • Meeting preparation, ensuring Project Team and Director have everything required
  • Booking travel and accommodation
You must be an organised administrator with the ability to prioritise your workload to ensure deadlines are achieved. You will be proactive, and solutions driven and enjoy achieving results. Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook experience is essential. Experience of working within the construction industry would be beneficial however full training can be provided.

£22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
