Home Working - Aberdeen, United Kingdom - Search Consultancy
Description
Monday - Friday, 37hrs per week, £12.27 per hour, city centre based with home working option once trained; you'll join a friendly and outgoing team on a mission to provide the best possible customer service.
Day to day duties:
- Inbound calls dealing with the general public, ensuring customers are looked after and all enquiries are handled with care
- Problem solving
- Providing advice according to company procedures
- At all times aim for first time resolutions for any incoming calls
- Complaint handling
- Updating inhouse systems
- Fact finding from other departments and colleagues to provide an informative response to customers
