Description

Monday - Friday, 37hrs per week, £12.27 per hour, city centre based with home working option once trained; you'll join a friendly and outgoing team on a mission to provide the best possible customer service.


Day to day duties:

  • Inbound calls dealing with the general public, ensuring customers are looked after and all enquiries are handled with care
  • Problem solving
  • Providing advice according to company procedures
  • At all times aim for first time resolutions for any incoming calls
  • Complaint handling
  • Updating inhouse systems
  • Fact finding from other departments and colleagues to provide an informative response to customers

Your role will be as a contractor via Search Consultancy where you will be paid on a weekly basis.
