SUMMARY OF POSITION:
The Project Management Teams responsibilities are to source, scope, design and - ultimately - deliver, a broad and exciting range of IT Services projects.
Reporting to Procurri's Project Management Team you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and presentation of all administrative documentation for all of the customer project engagements that Procurri undertakes.
The projects we deliver are far reaching and exciting, they may be small and localised or large and globalised, there is a lot of variety and every day provides its own challenges and insights.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Take an active interest in all of our project engagements
Maintain project plans in shared folders
Gather and process project outputs such as reports and photographs
Distribute project documentation as and when required
Assist with bookings for engineers, transporters, equipment deliveries etc
Provide information relating to our projects to both colleagues and customers
Assist the project managers with compilation of commercial and project related documentation
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
Qualifications:
5 GCSE's grade A to C (4-9)
Functional / Technical competencies
Microsoft Word
Microsoft Excel
Microsoft PowerPoint
Document management
Ability to work to tight deadlines, which means needing to be flexible to do overtime as and when needed, sometimes at short notice
Coordinating proposal document production (hard and soft copy), ensuring the timely submission of allocated projects
Support overall project process and related administrative tasks
Successful applicant must be IT Literate
Non Functional / Technical competencies
Experience in a similar role would be an advantage but not absolutely necessary
