Warehouse Team Leader

Evo Personnel are acting as an employment agency and we are looking to recruit a Warehouse Team Leader for our prestigious Distribution & manufacturing client in the Accrington area.

Salary & Package
Salary £23,926.50.

Hourly rate £12.27.

Exceptional company benefits.

Rotating Day Shift
Week 1: 06:00 - 15:00.

Week 2: 09:00 - 18:00.

37.5 hour week.

Experience Required
Lead a team of eight Operatives in the despatch and warehouse department.

Process documentation and administration.

Organise stock, materials and schedules.

Be able to step in and cover the Supervisor if needed.

Understand Health & Safety.

Previous experience of managing team performance.

Be hands on, support with operations.

A strong understanding of IT is needed.

Quality control.

Organisation and communication skills are required.

Previous experience working in a fast paced environment.

You will be required to lead a team, maintain stock levels, support with operations and organise administration in a fast paced warehouse environment.

You will need to work closely with other departments and organise materials.
