    We are currently recruiting Christmas Customer Advisors for our Aylesbury, Hale Leys Shopping Centre store.

    Available shift patterns include 5 days with 4 hours per day between 10am and 5pm, which may include weekends.

    About the Role

    This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience or take on a new challenge in retail. The role is temporary but could potentially lead to a permanent position depending on opportunities in your area.

    You will work in a Boots store, reporting to the Assistant or Store Manager. Tasks may include helping on the tills, advising customers, or working in our back shop. Key responsibilities include:

    • Assisting customers by answering questions, giving advice, and offering help with products.
    • Ensuring stores run smoothly by maintaining product displays, providing excellent service on the tills, and managing stock in stockrooms.
    • Working collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a presentable store that everyone can be proud of.
    • Solving issues quickly and supporting daily operational activities as part of the team.

    Requirements

    Full training is provided, but essential skills and experience needed include:

    • Thriving in a fast-paced environment.
    • Effective communication and listening skills.
    • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
    • Understanding the importance of customer interactions.
    • Proudly representing the Boots brand and helping customers find the best products.

    Desirable Skills

    The following skills and experience are desirable but not essential:

    • Providing exceptional customer care and delivering great customer service.
