Key Account Assistant

Salary:

Harper Recruitment Group are excited to be working with a leading scientific organisation, they have an exciting opportunity to work within their Customer Support Team as a Key Account Assistant.

You will be responsible for the management of Key Customer Accounts, providing a professional support to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

What will the role involve & who are we looking for?

Providing day to day support to customer accounts
Discussing services and customer forecast planning
Attending weekly business update calls with customers
Building rapport with internal stakeholders and operations teams
Relationship management investigating customer complaints
Responding to customer enquiries and complaints
Updating customers of turn around times for returns and reports
Ensuring product knowledge is kept up to date to provide customers
A background in customer support or account management
High quality interpersonal and communication skills
A natural relationship builder
