What will you do
The N. Europe Finance Team partners with the N. Europe Leadership Team to provide financial analysis and insights, to drive profitable growth.

Our role is to surface the right facts & findings, drive necessary decisions & partner with the business to facilitate the needed outcomes.

The Cluster Marketing Controller will be the key point of contact for the N. Europe Marketing Director providing support on the marketing strategy and budgets and making recommendations on resource allocations as required.

The role will allocate their and the team's resource to appropriately support squads to help drive value adding initiatives.

The role will be responsible for coordinating planning cycles across the Cluster


Key responsibilities

  • Provide oversight on marketing strategy, plans and resources for the N. Europe Cluster
  • Lead strategic and business plans for specific squad teams and deliver relevant information for forecasts.
  • Proactively understand and provide insights on trends, opportunities and challenges in the market and in the external environment
  • Provide insightful analysis and commentary to actual business results and turn these insights into foresights applicable to future results
  • Help craft new business models/opportunities and ensure our infrastructure remains nimble and drive beneficial initiatives' implementation
  • Develop, challenge and monitor appropriate recommendations on allocation to brands and departments within scope, aligned with brand and company strategy

Qualifications:


Knowledge and skills required:


  • The successful individual will have excellent business partnering, analytical and communication skills.
  • Bachelor of Finance, Accounting or equivalent with significant experience in Finance
  • Professional certification (e.g. CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
  • Proven track record of results delivery in a highly matrix environment
  • Strong Commercial Acumen
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good knowledge of US GAAP, SOX internal control and Healthcare Compliance preferred
