Description

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and minimize costs
• Procure materials and supplies needed for production
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and manage supplier relationships
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of materials
• Collaborate with plant management to forecast demand and plan production schedules
• Oversee logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution
• Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement in the supply chain process
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field
• Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management
• Strong knowledge of plant management principles and practices
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
• Proficient in using supply chain management software and tools
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
