We have an exciting opportunity for a
Quality & Partnerships Lead to join us, working part time in our new
Swindon service.

The post-holder will be integral to ensuring a high quality and consistency of service delivery.

You will be required to undertake a quality assurance and development role, which will include devising and undertaking audits of service delivery in addition to staff coaching and devising and delivering training and workshop sessions in relation to quality and governance.

This is a part time role.

Responsibilities

About the role:


  • Ensure the quality and consistency of service delivery
  • Develop service specific audit and review tools.
  • Coordinate and undertake regular audits of all areas of service delivery
  • Observe, monitor and report on staff sessions with clients, including assessments, one to one sessions etc for the purpose of staff development
  • Identify individual and group learning and development needs with regards to service delivery
  • Feedback key areas requiring development for both individuals and staff groups to the management team for use in supervision and other development sessions
  • Undertake 1:1 coaching sessions with staff members and peer mentors
  • Design and deliver staff workshops and training sessions specific to areas of identified need and ongoing service delivery development
  • Keep up to date with recognised best practice guidelines, legislation, policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance within the staff group of relevant organisational policies and procedures

About you:


  • Experience of working with alcohol and drug issues and a clear understanding of the need for and ability to deliver quality services
  • Experience of delivering recognised interventions for alcohol and drug users
  • Working knowledge of devising and conducting audits to inform evaluation of the service and identify areas for development
  • Experience of devising and delivering training sessions and workshops.
  • Experience of contributing to project development
  • Experience of change management
  • The ability to communicate confidently and effectively, in a variety of ways
  • Excellent experience in Data managements systems such as CRIIS and can use reporting mechanisms effectively
  • Manage a team effectively by empowering and motivating individuals
