The opportunity


As Private Client Tax Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and leading the firms Private Client Tax practice.

Your expertise will be critical in developing and implementing strategies that optimise Tax efficiency, wealth preservation, and overall financial well-being for high-net-worth individuals, families, and entrepreneurs.

You will collaborate with a team of highly experienced professionals and work closely with the existing partner group to further enhance the client offerings.


The position will allow for you to work and partner with some exceptional senior Tax and Accounting professionals as well as an international client base with the opportunity and autonomy to grow, develop, and shape the client portfolio in line with company metrics.


The key components of the role will include:

  • Provide strategic leadership in the development and growth of the private client Tax portfolio.
  • Offer expert advice on complex Tax matters, including Inheritance Tax, Capital Gains Tax, and Estate Planning.
  • Cultivate and manage lasting client relationships, gaining an indepth understanding of their financial objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and guide a team of Tax professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver comprehensive financial solutions that align with clients' broader objectives.
  • Stay abreast of evolving Tax regulations and industry trends to ensure clients' strategies remain compliant and advantageous.
  • Contribute to business development efforts, identifying new opportunities and expanding the portfolio.

Experience:


  • Chartered Accountant (CA) and/or Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA) qualification.
  • Proven experience as a senior Tax professional with a focus on private client services.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Business acumen and a track record of contributing to business growth.
  • Indepth knowledge of relevant Tax legislation and regulations.
  • Clientfocused mindset with a demonstrated history of building and maintaining lasting relationships.
