Role
The two main parts to this role are:
- To deal with all customer enquiries as quickly and efficiently as possible
- To update the platform content and other documentation to reduce the amount of customer enquiries received
This means you'll be required to report and communicate to all of the Lovetovisit departments:
Tech, Partnerships, Content and Marketing depending on the query you're dealing with. An undertanding of the 'bigger picture' is therefore really important and you'll learn very quickly
Skills
- Writing skills a good understanding of language is required as you will be updating landing pages and publishing new events when required
- Problem solving the beauty of customer support is that you never know what's going to come through. You must be confident, analytical and enjoy solving problems
- Organisational you will be dealing with multiple enquiries all at the same time. You will need to be comfortable with multitasking with a confident ability in prioritsing your workload

Full-time (31 hours/week):
Days:
Tuesday - Saturday
1pm-8pm Tuesday-Friday
10am-3pm Saturday
Working from home - office-based training in Cardiff in first month
23 days annual leave + Bank Holidays
