We are looking for support workers to join our team to support a young gentleman with Learning Disabilities and Autism to fulfil and lead his life as independently as possible and encourage to enjoy the activities he loves to do

The Role

Supporting to live the life they want and enjoy the activities they like to do, and his main passion is keeping fit and going to the gym
Promoting and supporting independence within their home
Providing support with shopping, housework including cleaning and laundry
Supporting with medication
