One of Truro's most commercial and forward-thinking law firms are looking to hire an experienced Private Client Paralegal into their team, specifically working within the Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney team.

This is a great opportunity for someonewho has previous experience of working within private client at Paralegal level, who may want to take the next step in their career and join one of Truro's most exciting firms to work for.

The work will include meeting with clients, advising them on all aspectsof Wills, as well as drafting and advising on the execution of Wills.

The role will also involve advising clients on Lasting Powers of Attorney and advising on the registration of Enduring Powers of Attorney.

The firm offer a blend of working from the officeand from home, with up to 3 days of working from home per week.

They also offer a very strong bonus scheme, which all of their staff benefit from on an annual basis, which really helps to add to the healthy salary on offer.

Previous experience sought:

Previous experience of working with Wills or Lasting Powers of Attorney would be an advantage
Excellent client care skills and good listening skills
A credible and articulate approach

09:00 17:15 (Monday to Friday)
Hybrid working, with 3 days from home and 2 days in the office
