The ONE Group have a great Sales Coordinator opportunity working for a fantastic, high-end retailer that supplies products all over the globe This role is perfect for someone who has experience in a customer service environment and is a confident go getter


In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with customers and ensuring that they have adequate materials in order for them to run smoothly as a business.


Responsibilities for this position as follows:

  • Making outbound calls to customers, discussing products and ensuring all products are up to date.
  • Upselling marketing materials and services.
  • Find out and explore competitor information.
  • Answer inbound calls and responding to queries.
  • Complete administrative tasks following calls and meetings.

Who you are:

  • A confident individual who is comfortable answering telephones.
  • Have at least one years' experience in a customer service environment.
  • Be creative and able to use your own initiative.
  • Computer literate.
