Residential Services

  • We are looking to recruit an Assistant Accommodation Officer to join the Residential Services team. You will provide efficient, effective and professional accommodation support to our student residents, Accommodation Manager, Senior Accommodation Officer and the wider Accommodation service. Your primary responsibility will be for the smooth running of properties in Chichester city centre and Bognor Regis town centre.
  • The postholder will be the first point of contact for a range of queries, assisting with the development of all aspects of the accommodation provision and processes along with ensuring that an excellent student experience is maintained at all times and high quality, safe, and effective accommodation is provided. In addition, the post holder will assist the Conference Manager and the Conference Officers in providing a proactive, comprehensive and efficient conference, event and bed and breakfast operation during the summer months.
  • You will have a good general education with an appropriate hospitality or facilities management qualification or relevant experience. You will demonstrate exceptional communication skills and be competent with IT packages and have experience of working in a busy customer focused environment. You will work well as part of a team but also have the confidence to work on your own initiative.
