is looking for a Part Time Customer Services Advisor to help us cope with a increase in sales over the last 12 months.

In the UK, 3B Scientific is a small team but we are part of a much larger global organisation with its HQ in Hamburg, Germany.

We are manufacturers of medical simulators and anatomical models and sell these mostly into the NHS, Universities and Schools.

Our new Customer Services Advisor will work from our office in Burnham-on-Sea and will assume the following responsibilities:

• Communicating with customers at all levels
• Taking and processing customer orders
• Resolving and managing customer queries in a timely and professional manner
• Communicating with HQ regarding the status of orders and stock levels
• Provide general administration support as required

What you need to succeed:

• Must have some previous customer service experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Good IT skills (MS Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Methodical and professional approach to work
• High attention to detail
• Selfmotivated, proactive and able to manage your own workload
