The Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Event coordinator for the Patient Information Evenings
- Creating Appointment Rosters on IDEAS (CRM Programme)
- Patient Support Champion of all things HFEA
- Fertility Consent management and training
- Credit Control management, including outstanding debt
- Creation and maintenance of documents, SOP's and Information Leaflets for the department and the clinic
- Provides Cover for the Patient Support Manager
- Supports with Patient Support Team Training (including competency sign off)
- As the Patient Support Lead you will also be responsible for certain duties within the patient support associate, advisor and executive job descriptions.
It is offered as a guide to the key responsibilities and duties but does not preclude other projects that may arise as the organisation evolves.
Qualifications and experience
- Educated to Higher Level
- 5 years' + experience in either a customer facing role, or customer focused role
- Previous experience with team leadership and development
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills would be advantageous.
- Strong customerfocus and a handson mentality
- Excellent time management skills
- Skilful in communicating with and influencing a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with a close attention to detail.
- Ability to be flexible is essential, to cover the needs of the business
Location:
Thames Valley Fertility, Maidenhead.
Salary:
Competitive: £30,160 - £33,280
Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week.
Holiday entitlement: 27 days + bank holidays per year.
**Pension: Dual contribution pension.
