Description
GoodPeople are recruiting for a site administrator for a long-term position on behalf of a market leading construction company.
This role will be based on a busy a construction site in the London Borough of Southwark, South East London.
- Perform data entry tasks, including inputting and updating information in databases
- Manage office operations and ensure smooth daytoday functioning
- Handle clerical tasks such as filing, organising documents, and answering phone calls
- Assist with financial tasks, such as managing invoices
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in data entry or office administration is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing data entry tasks
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Be a Southwark resident
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Previous administration experience ideally with a construction company however, this is not essential
