This is a great opportunity to join a growing business in Bishop's Stortford who have a newly created role for a Research Manager.

Our client work within the technology sector and specialise in selling security and communications solutions to businesses of all shapes and sizes, with some notable high-profile companies amongst their recent wins.

This role plays an important part in the business, collaborating closely with the wider team, partners, and customers to create the best experience for everyone involved.

They take part in numerous events, such as business speed-dating style events and conferences;they also put on regular company-hosted events in tandem with all of their partners.

These range from dinner events to sports hospitality, customer conferences and more.

The day-to-day role will be to research client prospects (mainly new but some existing) via tools such as LinkedIn to provide the business with quality leads and information heading into scheduled events.

This will also allow the business to identify individualswho could be seen as potential targets and might be helpful to invite to future events.

You will be utilising the current CRM system to help you identify possible clients of interest and will also revisit previously interested enquiries.

Please note there is no traditional businesses development or targets associated with this role.

About You:

  • Enthusiastic and energetic.
  • Enjoys the concept of researching and identifying client targets.
  • Experience in CRM management would be good to have, out client use HubSpot.
  • An interest in Technology.
