My client is searching for a Civil Litigation Solicitor to join their Chester, Cheshire offices.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Working on a variety of complex civil litigation cases to include landlord & tenant, debt recovery, insolvency, contract disputes etc.
  • Managing own caseload
  • Liaising with third parties including Courts, Barristers and Solicitors
  • Supervising junior staff members
  • Be a UK qualified Solicitor 2 years PQE+
  • Strong experience in civil litigation.
  • Be able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
