Description
Are you a tech-savvy BIM Coordinator with a knack for supporting project teams in their BIM needs? Are you ready to make an impact at a renowned international architectural firm with a portfolio that spans diverse sectors? If so, this full-time BIM Coordinator role in London might just be the career opportunity you've been waiting for

This acclaimed AJ100 firm is known far and wide for its impressive designs across various sectors such as Aviation, Commercial, High-Rise Residential, Sport, and Transport.

What truly sets them apart, though, is their inviting and democratic studio environment.

With employees spread across global offices, they foster a culture of creativity and innovation, where every team member's contribution is valued and recognized.

As their BIM Coordinator, you'll be wearing many hats.

From initial project setup to maintaining project BIM models and associated support documents, from performing BIM coordination exercises to training project team members - it's all in a day's work for you.

Reporting to the BIM Manager, you'll provide technical support to project teams and monitor the performance and quality of BIM models to ensure they meet both project-specific requirements and the firm's BIM standards.

You'll need to demonstrate your ability to deliver projects to BIM standards with validation and QA processes. As an effective communicator, you'll use your excellent verbal and written skills to facilitate collaboration and efficiency. Your sharp attention to detail and proactive working methodology will be key in this role. A degree in Architecture or an architectural technology-based qualification will be required.

Bonus points if you're familiar with Common Data Environment practices, specifically ProjectWise, have experience with large scale or complex projects, Revit experience, or knowledge of Generative Components.

What's in it for you? Apart from the chance to work on international projects and collaborate with colleagues overseas, you'll benefit from a mentoring scheme designed to foster personal growth and development.

With a flexible work schedule and hybrid work options, they understand the importance of work-life balance. Moreover, they offer competitive salaries, a rich social and sporting calendar, and parental schemes. They support your career journey with access to both internal and external CPD training and development programmes.
