Core Objective of this Role
Ensure the successful fulfilment of open vacancies for assigned client campaigns providing full end-to-end recruitment support across the entire lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake recruitment activities to ensure the successful fulfilment of open vacancies with relevant client campaigns including requisition, sourcing, shortlisting, selection, offers and onboarding
- Understand the recruitment delivery process and carry out activities accordingly to ensure that KPIs are met
- Proactively monitor applicant flows ensuring sufficient supply of qualified applicants in the talent pool and/or talent pipeline for your assigned client campaign(s)
- Strictly adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) relating to your client campaign
- Identify and escalate any operational related delivery issues or delays
- Support all campaign reporting on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis or as otherwise required
Person Specification
- Ideally 2 years+ experience in healthcare recruitment role, inhouse or agency
- Degree or diploma preferred, but not essential
- Organisational skills, ability to keep multiple projects on schedule simultaneously
- Excellent business communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent people management, supervisory and leadership skills
- Enthusiastic, selfstarter with cando attitude
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Strong process management skills with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal, emotional intelligence and customer service skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment/CRM software/platforms e.g. ATS
