Structural Technicianlooking to work on a huge range of projects, using various materials? Hoping to develop into a well-rounded Technician, with the aim of climbing the ladder all the way up to Partner level?

A multidisciplinary engineering consultancy I am working with in Bristol is looking to add experienced Structural Technicians to its team thanks to a healthy pipeline of work over 2023.

Having been in the industry for over 120 years, this consultancy has agreat reputation in the market and can be considered one of the UK's most recognised engineering consultancies.

You'll have the chance to work on a wide range of projects across multiple sectors - Commercial, Residential, Mixed-used, Education, Retail, Industrial, Maritime, and more Additionally, you'll use all conventional materials - concrete, steel, masonry, andtimber - on new and refurb projects.

This level of variety keeps the role fresh and exciting, whilst also providing the knowledge and experience needed to pursue Chartered accreditations.

Continued professional development is a key focus of this consultancy, with regular in-house and external training taking place/being offered to those who want to progress and develop their technical, management, and business skill sets.

You'll also be supportedand mentored throughout the process of pursuing any Chartership accreditations.

Requirements/Responsibilities - Structural Technician

  • HNC/HND in Civil/Structural Engineering
  • Minimum of 4 years postgraduate experience
  • Experience using all common materials
  • AutoCAD and Revit experience
  • A consultancy background is essential, with a proven track record in delivering high standards of draftsmanship
