The role
We are looking for outstanding Women's Established/Senior Footwear Buyers who take accountability for the seasonal process, ensuring we have a sharp focus on the consumer, market opportunities and have the right product, in the right place, at the right time, at the right price

You'll take ownership of a single collection and develop the segmentation strategy and product assortment that will deliver growth.

A source of consumer and market knowledge, you'll take the lead in developing seasonal merchandising plans and ensure that we make the most of every date in the seasonal sales calendar.


Working closely with global merchandising and product teams as well as the Head of Merchandising & Planning and Merchandise Planning teams, you'll ensure strategic alignment with forecasts and financial targets.

You'll smash those targets by developing product assortments that deliver to consumer needs and demand.


Driving sales and profit margins with pricing and product-mix choices informed by data insights and on-trend knowledge, you'll have all the autonomy you need to make a big impression.

You'll also drive a commercial culture as a face of merchandising strategy for stakeholders and a supporting trainer assisting in the development of colleagues throughout the organisation.

Flexible working between Street, Somerset and working from home
Possible option to work out of London showroom, on occasion


About you
Ideally, you'll have a relevant degree and experience in Buying, Merchandising or Product Management at an organisation like ours. You'll have a good knowledge of the footwear market, its trends, main players and distribution. We're looking for someone unafraid of bringing big ideas into strategy—ideas rooted in the art and science of merchandising.

You'll be able to inspire and influence colleagues at all levels with your strategic choices and secure the backing they need to succeed.

You'll be trusted with your own merchandising channel. But it has to be earned. That's why we'll look for evidence that you've successfully managed commercial successes.

You'll also be able to prove your knowledge of a wide range of business operating models including retail, franchise and ecommerce.

Once you're given the controls, you'll demonstrate the initiative, creativity and energy that will signal your readiness to progress at our global organisation.
