Richmond Pharmacology has experienced considerable growth in the last three years, and we are continuing to hire into every department within the business.

As a result, we are looking for a Recruitment Advisor to join the team.

London Bridge (On-site)

The Recruitment advisor will be supporting the recruitment lead in filling Graduate to mid-level positions.

This role would suit an agency recruiter wanting to move inhouse or a recruitment coordinator/advisor looking to move within the life sciences space.

We are small HR team and so you would also be required to support the HR team within inductions, onboarding and other projects from time to time.

Responsibilities:

Conduct reference checks and employment checks
Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies during the hiring process
Assist with employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing activities
Supporting HR team with general tasks which may include inductions, onboarding and people priorities.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in recruitment coordination or related role
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
Knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks effectively

Salary:
£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
