We are looking for a Connections Co-Ordinator to support the development, growth, drive and management of the Project Department.

This is an exciting opportunity for a high-calibre individual to join and strengthen our team, working on a wide range of construction projects.

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and act as main point of contact and maintain good levels of communication with both internal and external stakeholders from initial engagement to provide a seamless introduction to SOS and the requirements for a new connection.
Assisting the estimating department in inbound sales enquires and final proposal submissions including assisting with enquiries and returns from subcontractors and suppliers.
Initiate internal handover meetings once projects have been awarded and are responsible for taking and circulating minutes including documentation.
Laisse, monitor and manage design submissions between DNOs and/or IDNOs.
Liaise with Clients in relation to any wayleave or easement requirement by DNOs and/or IDNOs.
Liaise with clients to book site visits between SOS Team Members.

Essential:

Work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
Demonstrate knowledge and experience of at least 2 years within a DNO or IDNOrelevant role.
Ability to read and understand drawings.
Have a confident telephone manner with excellent communication and presentation skills both written and verbal.
Ability to nurture and build on established / good working relationships with clients / DNO / IDNO.
Good planning and diary management.
