ABOUT THE ROLE
carloans 365 are hiring a Payouts Advisor as a result of continued business growth. We're looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our friendly, collaborative and high-performing Payouts team.


You will play a crucial role in our customer's car purchasing journey; ensuring funds are transferred between customers, lenders and dealers in a timely and effective manner.

You'll be liaising with internal Sales teams, nationwide dealerships and our extensive lender panel, as well as working with our CRM (Autoconvert) and Excel.


WHAT'S INVOLVED?

  • Coordinate processing of loan payouts for customers in adherence to CL365 policies and FCA regulations
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for customers during the payout process, providing clear communication regarding payout timelines and documentation requirements
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns relating to the payout process
  • Ensure all required documentation is accurately completed and submitted by customers for payout processing
  • Stay informed about industry regulations, compliance requirements and best practice

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Some experience in an administrative role we're very open to background, we're focused on the right attitude and mindset
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
  • Great communication skills; the ability to build rapport over the phone with customers, lenders and dealerships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation management
