Job descriptionAn independent college conveniently located in central Acton is seeking to appoint a student admissions/administrative officer.
The college is currently expanding its educational portfolio and provides a range of classroom and online courses for predominately 18+ students drawn from a range of backgrounds and cultures.
The interesting and varied responsibilities will include oversight of the enrolment and induction of new students, the maintenance of student records, acting as a first point of contact for students and external enquirers, liaison with regulatory authorities and working with the marketing team and senior management in the recruitment of students and strategic planning.
The position could suit someone wishing to build a career or looking for a change of direction.It could also be suitable for an active retired person and is available on a full or part time basis.

Responsibilities will include:
- Using our existing marketing channels to promote the College to potential customers.
- To be responsible for the effective administration of current students
- Acting as a public face for the business
- Explaining and promoting our full range of services to potential clients
- Developing and maintaining a network of potential clients
- Working with academic staff to promote student retention and an excellent student learning experience
- Liaise effectively with external organisations
- Working with the Senior Management Team to monitor and develop the College's Strategic Plan.

£22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
