Join our Property Services team as an Aftercare Manager

The role
We have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join us in the position of Aftercare Manager in Camden, London.


Salary:
£50,000 per annum


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring that the Aftercare team is adhering to all aspects of the Aftercare process.
  • Identifying and implementing service improvements that lead to achieving and exceeding KPIs.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for information on schemes for residents, contractors and colleagues post Practical Completion to provide a full aftercare service.
  • Reporting on the performance of the aftercare programme including, but not limited to, quality of service, trends, performance of consultants and contractors. Set up and maintain aftercare performance KPIs and monitor quality of services to residents, trendsin aftercare and defect issues and the performance of our consultants & contractor.
  • Monitoring the development pipeline, sales forecast and key milestones to preempt the resource required to successfully undertake the aftercare service.
  • Overseeing payments and provide budget information. Respond to, and track, informal and formal complaints, and resolutions, providing a fully researched response to prevent further escalation. Appointment management.
  • Managing information so that systems are up to date.
  • Delivering Home Demonstrations that enable residents to live well in their homes, conveying practical and technical information.

  • Have welldeveloped problem solving and negotiating skills with the ability to manage complex projects.
  • Have performance management experience.
  • Be able to manage and support team members to achieve targets and Aftercare aims.
  • Be able to work out of hours to deal with issues personally as required.
  • A passion for developing processes and information that remains up to date.
  • Be able to understand costs of schemes and sales performance on a schemebyscheme basis.
  • Have technical construction knowledge.
