Base:
Regents Park, Summerleys Road, Princes Risborough, Bucks, HP29 9LE
Hours: 25.5 hours per week Monday to Friday
Salary:
£11.46 per hour
We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, and pro-active Medical Administrator to join our fantastic team.

The post holder will ensure administrative duties within the Primary Care Services division are carried out within FedBucks guidelines and policies.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure total familiarity with all appointment systems including regular and incidental variations such as EMIS clinical system
- Review, update and clear Gynae backlog with the General Manager supervision
- Book patient appointments and recalls ensuring sufficient information is recorded to enable retrieval of medical records
- Completion of data log entries on excel spreadsheets
- Typing of patient clinical and appointment letters
- Dealing with patient queries
- Preparing clinic administration paperwork for clinicians
- Creating hospital referrals using eRS
- An understanding, acceptance and adherence to the need for strict confidentiality
- Supporting daytoday admin requirements of various clinics, e.g. gynae and phlebotomy which includes telephoning and writing to patients, booking patients into clinics, liaising with general practices (GP) and hospital staff regarding tests and reports.
- Establish and maintain communication with clinicians and other staff members about routine and daily activities.
Desirable qualities and skills:
- An understanding of GDPR and adherence to this always
- Willing to be adaptable to change
- Prior experience of working in healthcare is desirable but not essential
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Computer literate and previous use of Microsoft systems is preferable
