Description
We are looking for a Quality and Compliance Officer with experience of supporting customers into sustainable employment.The position is centre based and there maybe a requirement to travel to a variety of locations.
The role will provide:
- Assisting with developing, implementing and managing PHX Trainings compliance program
- Coordinating with regulatory bodies
- Planning, implementing and overseeing riskrelated programs
- Creating and coordinating proper reporting channels for compliance issues
- Developing company compliance communications
- Coordinating and scheduling required compliance training
- Draft and revise company policies
- Educate and train employees on regulations and industry practices
- Ensure all quality standards and processes are met across the business for all contracts
- Familiarity with industry practices and professional standards
- Communicating Effectively

- Proven experience of performing a similar Quality role and dealing with OFSTED
- Knowledge of legal requirements and controls
- Proven experience of improving quality standards with the ESFA and DWP
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- GCSE English Language or equivalent (Grade A*C)
Size and Scope
Additional Information
Hours: 37.5 hours a week (including 30 min lunch each day)
