This company has a heritage that inspires people because it's built on family values and innovation, have a newly created vacancy for HR Coordinator to join them, working as part of a small team in a fast-growing, ambitious international business withinthe Felinfach, Ceredigion site due to recent expansion.

Salary circa 32k depending on experience and qualifications
Monday to Friday working hours (office based)

What you will be doing...

  • To provide an advisory and support service to the Felinfach Factory Team
  • Support line managers in their role to deliver all aspects of good people management and leadership
  • To support the Learning strategy by supporting personal development training plans and initiatives at the Factory
  • To ensure the IFS system is fully utilised
  • You will be the first point of call in employeerelated matters at the Factory
  • You will be the first point of contact for advice regarding resourcing, administration, compensation, benefits, disciplinary and grievance matters aiming to resolve each situation to the best of your abilities, escalating as necessary to the HRBP.
  • Support line managers in their role to deliver all aspects of good people management and leadership
  • Ensure that employees have an available source of advice and understanding.

About You...

  • Qualified to degree level in Human Resource or equivalent desirable
  • CIPD Level 3 qualified (or minimum 4 years relevant experience)
  • Maths and English GCSE A-C or equivalent
  • Organisational and administrative skills
  • Experience in an HR environment ideally within Manufacturing
  • Experience of employee relations and recruitment
  • Advising and working with senior members of staff
  • Familiarity with ERP systems or HR Database
**You will currently reside within a maximum 40 minute commute of the Felinfach factory and have your own transport due to the rural location.
