Realise HR is delighted to be working exclusively with CJ Lang & Son, wholesaler for SPAR Scotland. In partnership, we are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator provide general recruitment support across their stores.

The Role:

To proactively manage the recruitment lifecycle from requisition stage through to onboarding for all vacancies, ensuring all stages are completed within agreed timescales and in accordance with key performance indicators and quality standards

Create engaging job advertisements for use across a variety of digital platforms
Managing multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously within a fast paced, high volume environment
Coordinate interviews, manage contract generation and assist with onboarding documentation
Provide updates and reports on recruitment activity as requested by senior management
Comply with all data protection guidelines in line with company policies
Support with all other recruitment related administration
Ensure that all stakeholders are provided with an exceptional, qualityled recruitment experience that is consistent, timely and engaging.

In addition to this, you'll have:

Experience of working in a recruitment/hr environment
Experience working within an administrative or coordination role providing high quality service and supportIT software
ATS/CRM Systems, MS Office Suite
Effective communication skills
Challenging and Influencing skills
Proactive approach
