A world known manufacturer are looking to add multiskilled engineers to their food manufacturing site.

Your new company
A world known manufacturer are looking to add multiskilled engineers to their food manufacturing site in Bridgend.

Since taking over the site in 2020, the company have become people focused and insist on making their staff their priority.


Your new role
As a successful multiskilled engineer your job is to provide maintenance support to ensure safe and effective operation.

This entails equipment set up and teardown, troubleshooting and repairing systems utilising PLC's, motor controls, electrical wiring andmechanical systems including pneumatics and gears.

Knowledge of manufacturing systems and the skills required to maintain, repair and troubleshoot systems whilst being able to interact effectively with your team members and internal customers.


What you'll need to succeed
A HNC or equivalent in an engineering bias, with maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment (Food industry a bonus). Experience maintaining mechanical systems and electrical troubleshooting. Motivational team player with a tenacious attitude whois able to communicate effectively.

What you'll get in return

A salary of £52,000 on the 4 on 4 off continental shift pattern, other company benefits include life assurance, pension contribution and several length of service awards.
