REED are pleased to be partnering with a long-standing and leading international professional services organisation, based in
Central Bristol to recruit for a
Marketing Executive on a
full time, permanent basis.


You will be joining an experienced Marketing team made up of Head of Marketing, Marketing Manager, Marketing Assistant and Marketing Administrator.

  • Flexible working options including working from home are available (2 days office/3 home)

Duties
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across global new media channels including LinkedIn, Twitter, Live Chat and Messenger
Management of social media channels, including content creation, scheduling and reporting
Showcase Content Management System (CMS) and Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) skills to keep website content up to date, ensuring it is engaging and accurate content
Keeping abreast of effective market and digital trends to ensure we make full use of emerging technology, approaches and tools
Collaborate with PR to ensure media relations activity consistently impress and deliver
Production of presentations, tenders and pitch materials for any new business opportunities
Undertake research, analysis and briefings on prospective clients ahead of introductory meetings
Research and identify new client prospects
Co-ordinate corporate hospitality and events schedule
Maintain a strong relationship with external suppliers and agencies
Draft copy for internal and external communications including for staff intranet posts, website articles, and electronic mailings
Collaborate effectively with other teams across the firm to ensure brand consistency


About you
Previous Marketing experience, either as an Assistant looking to take a step up or Executive
Marketing Degree or similar would be advantageous
Experience of working with a range of social media platforms. We use LinkedIn, Twitter and WeChat
Engaging writer
High attention to detail
Ability to manage a busy workload, your own time and client expectations
Strong communication skills both written and verbal, and ability to communicate with all stakeholders
Experience of working within a professional services background or similar would be advantageous
If you've worked for a global brand, great, not essential
Research and analysis experience
Bilingual - If you've spoken any other languages such as French or German alongside English, this could be advantageous
