    We are seeking an accomplished Cultural Events Director to elevate and enhance our membership experience, providing exceptional events that showcase our luxury standing.

    The successful candidate will play a key role in planning and implementing event strategies, ensuring member engagement and upholding our prestigious reputation.

    As a senior leader, you will collaborate with our executive team to align all events with our vision and values, overseeing day-to-day operations and shaping the future of our events.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Leading and executing high-profile cultural events, ensuring alignment with cultural and artistic objectives.
    • Managing and inspiring diverse teams to achieve excellence in event production and logistics.
    • Cultivating relationships with artists, performers, cultural institutions, and sponsors to create engaging and memorable experiences.
    • Overseeing event logistics, including timelines, transportation, venue setup, and compliance with regulations.
    • Developing and implementing creative event concepts that reflect cultural diversity and artistic expression.

    Requirements include:

    • A minimum of 5 years in cultural event management or a related field, with significant experience leading high-profile cultural events.
    • Proven leadership experience with a strong ability to inspire and guide diverse teams.
    • Deep understanding of cultural and artistic trends, with experience managing events reflecting cultural diversity and artistic expression.
    • Strong organizational skills, excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing circumstances in a dynamic environment.
