Hours: 37.5 per week Monday to Thursday, Friday

Your mission if you choose to accept it An exciting opportunity has risen for an After Sales Coordinator to work within the Logistic Department.

Reporting to a fab Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating projects and repair jobs from sold order to planning.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Coordination of new overhaul projects according to the overhaul process
  • Sharepoint Milestone
  • Coordinate repairs that are linked to overhaul works
  • Be responsible for update Customer Internet Portals, for projects needed
  • Coordination of repair jobs according to the repair process
  • Plan and update Customer Orders according to updated deliver schedules
  • Take care of action messages for all servicerelated items
  • Replan the CO and tell Tactical Purchase if something needs to be corrected in Distribution Order /Purchase Orders and correct Work Orders.
  • Send revised order confirmation to the customer
  • Send order confirmations to customer or After salesperson
  • Make sure the CO is sent on time
  • Make sure safety stocks for AS, Overhaul, Repair and Spare parts are maintained
  • Inform and suggest updates to responsible process owner within the Global Organization for changes of Overhaul
- and Repair processes and instructions when needed

  • Continuously work with improvement and deviations handling
  • Be an expert in projects concerning overhaul logistics and repair issues
  • Plan DO materials inwards for spares, repairs & overhauls from other subsidiaries and DO materials outwards to other clients subsidiaries
  • Fix weekly production plan, with hand over to operations, and follow this through on daily basis to check for any anomalies throughout the week, relaying to sales and if delays, reschedule production plan
  • Release pick sheets for weekly fixed plan to stores
  • Look in future 26 weeks forecast, check capacity vs load and relay any problems foreseen
  • Perform any other duties that may be required
  • Planning, inventory management experience
  • Previous experience in manufacturing would be ideal
  • Team player
  • Professional and Positive 'Can do' attitude
  • Effective communication written and verbal Internal
