We are looking to speak with Service Managers that are available asap to jump on board in the voluntary sector.

This short term 8 months contract is a fantastic opportunity to hit the ground running in a Service Manager post that offers a lot of flexible working arrangements and a lovely team

You will joining a reputable charity organisation with office in Leeds for a period of 8 months as maternity cover.

You will be responsible for leadership of a Family support service part of an award-winning organisation that helps families that are experiencingpoverty, social isolation, different difficult situations.

The charity offers over 150 community based services that help million of people everyday. This can uplift your career and open a lot of new doors within voluntary sector.

We are looking for a passionate and experienced individual who will run the day-to-day leadership and management of the service.

This service is established since 2019 and has been using evidence based approaches to improve outcomes for children and theirfamilies.

You will oversee 2 Senior Practitioners that have their own team of family support workers.

Key points:

Hybrid working available
Office is in Leeds
4 days parttime or 4 days condensed is possible
Non statutory fam support early help
Contract until September short term, maternity cover
Family support service
Team is consisting of 2 Senior Practitioners and Family support workers

Requirements:

Qualified Social Work degree is not a must, can also be a centre manager, SEN or CWD manager
Level 4 qualifications at least
Someone who is available to start in February preferred
