Town Planning Consultant Job Nationwide

I have a number of Town Planning Consultant jobs available with a growing planning consultancy. This planning consultancy are looking to partner with Town Planning Consultants across the UK on a remote working basis.


As the successful Town Planning Consultant, you'll be joining a growing, well established planning consultancy who are based in Cheltenham.

This client is looking to speak to experienced Town Planners who would like to work on a self-employed basis with the option to be fully remote anywhere in the UK.


Role & Responsibilities

  • Business development
  • Optimise new business and crossselling opportunities
  • Prepare and manage project budgets
  • Provide advice on planning matter to clients
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Negotiate, draft, and provide legal instructions to facilitate the preparation of planning agreements and infrastructure funding deeds with industry, agencies, and Councils, as required.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Chartered RTPI Membership
  • Relevant planning degree
  • Previous experience in the private sector
  • Ideally clients you can bring with you
  • Experience taking the lead on projects.
