We're seeking a Workplace Coordinator to serve as the main point of contact between building users and oversee an integrated facility management solution across the UK.
As the main point of contact between building users, you'll be responsible for ensuring seamless service delivery, top-notch customer experiences, and exceptional client liaison.
From providing all-inclusive employee and guest services to continually improving our service offering through best practices and lessons learned, you'll be at the forefront of our efforts to build a stronger, more connected community of users.
As a workplace coordinator, you'll have the chance to put your people skills to work, fostering positive relationships with building users and helping to create a welcoming, vibrant environment that people love coming to every day.

- Ownership and responsibility for a total Workplace delivery within the building using the ISS FM helpdesk and the wider Workplace network
- To provide support for EY Workplace teams within the buildings
- To always ensure adequate cover in conjunction with any service providers
- To support in ensuring the office working environment and workplace services supporting the business achieve financial and qualitative standards, meet customer expectations, and are continually improved
- To operate as the local "eyes and ears" of the workplace team bringing any areas of improvement or issues to the local Workplace Coordinators attention
- To encourage a selfhelp ethos within the business and ensure that all Workplace related incidents are logged via the ISS FM Helpdesk
- As a Workplace Assistant, you are responsible for supporting the safety and security of all building and EY office users
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
- Knowledge and understanding of the health and safety relevant to the office inc. Fire, First Aid DSE, and Accident reporting
- IOSH managing safely ideal but will also be put through if they do not have it
- It is key they have customer service a lot of face to face in the role
