Lead Software Engineer- Up to £75K
As Lead Software Engineer, you will possess the ability to work closely with all areas of the business to interpret specific needs and develop solutionsthat are directly correlated to strategic objectives set by upper management.
The Lead Software Engineer will be responsible for:
- Working closely with senior stakeholders to understand business requirements and help translate these into technical requirements for the development team
- Planning and documenting technical specifications for features or system design
- Writing testable, scalable, and efficient code and leading code reviews
- Mentoring junior team members and ensuring they adhere to determining software quality standards
The Lead Software Engineer will have the following:
- C#
- Entity Framework
- JavaScript & jQuery
- Angular 10
- Telerik
- SQL Server
- Web API
- Swagger, Postman
- Azure
- Proven success as a technical team leader
- You are a good mentor & coach
- You possess good communication skills
