Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team.

As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing quality patient care and support in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities:


  • Assist healthcare professionals in providing patient care, including taking vital signs, assisting with medical procedures, and administering medications.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with medical regulations.
  • Provide exceptional patient service by addressing inquiries, providing information, and ensuring patient comfort.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure efficient workflow and delivery of quality care.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing medical records, and coding procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and infection control.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience or education in healthcare or related field preferred.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and coding.
  • Familiarity with hospital operations and procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using medical equipment such as Xray machines is a plus.
  • MAPA Must

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time


Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
  • 12 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Holidays
  • Monday to Friday
  • Night shift
  • Weekend availability
  • Weekends only

Experience:


  • EMR systems: 1 year (preferred)
  • Vital signs: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

  • BLS Certification (preferred)
  • Certified Medical Assistant (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

  • Scotland, SD required)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Scotland, SD 57059: Relocate before starting work (required)
